Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to passes booked on this website for events organised by Urban Bethak ("Urban Bethak", "we").

1. Passes

Each pass allows entry for one person to the event shown on the pass. A booking is confirmed only after payment is successful; you then see a 4-digit entry code on screen.

2. Entry

Share your 4-digit entry code at the gate. Each pass can be used once. We may ask for a photo ID matching the guest name. Entry may be refused to anyone behaving unsafely or under the influence.

3. Event changes

Artists, timings or venue may change for reasons outside our control. Any change will be informed on our Instagram page.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

5. Refunds

Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Contact

For any question, see our Contact page.
